Save the Children is the leading independent organization creating lasting change in the lives of children in need around the world. Save the Children has been working in the Occupied Palestinian Territory (oPt) since 1973 and is recognized for its commitment to accountability,innovation and collaboration. Save the Children currently implements programs in Child Protection, Education, Health, and Livelihoods throughout the West Bank and Gaza.

Save the Children is seeking qualified candidates to fulfill the position of Intern Secretary/ Receiptionist for (One month renewable) to be based at its Gaza Office.

The post holder will be responsible ensure the smoothness functional and support in administration in Gaza office also to ensure the compliance with Save the Children policies and procedures.

She reports to the HRAdmin Officer.

Requirements

-University degree in Secreterial/office Management or business administrator.

-At least 1 year experience in working with INGOs or NGOs.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to manage a complex and diverse workload.

-Written and verbal fluency in English and Arabic skills.
