The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees invites applications from

qualified candidates for the post of:

Practical Nurse

1-Vacancy No. : 108/2013/X

2-Duty Station : Nablus Area/Qalqilia Health Center

3-Department : Health department

4-Basic Salary : Starting from 429.8JD (and exchange rate adjustment) that varies in

accordance to the pay policies set by the Agency

Other fringe benefits include provident fund & health insurance.

5-Allowances : Family Allowances payable up to 7 children and spouse.

33% of the basic salary as Supplementary Allowance.

6-Qualifications:

-Completion of full secondary education and completion of not less than eighteen months’

training course in practical nursing, or

-Completion of secondary education (nursing branch).

-At least two years of satisfactory working experience as a practical nurse.

-Good command of written and spoken English and Arabic.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

-Diploma or certificate in midwifery or public health nursing.

-Working experience in the provision of maternal and child health care.
